All proceeds from food & drink sales go to NCEC a social enterprise supporting workers from disadvantaged backgrounds.\nMaha brings decades of experience to the kitchen from her home in Egypt\, and honed her African cooking skills while living in South Sudan. Having a coeliac child\, Maha has adapted many of her recipes for the gluten-free eater\, while respecting the traditional flavours of Egyptian cuisine. Vegan\, Vegetarian & Lactose Free guests will also be catered for.
